Hey adventurers! It’s been over two years since EVIL DUNGEON was unleashed on the C64. Since then, it’s grown into a full trilogy — and part three finally delivered the experience I always envisioned for the game. That’s why I’ve decided to remaster part one: to bring in the missing features and give it the same look and feel as the finale.
Stay tuned for updates — the remastered edition of EVIL DUNGEON is coming soon! It even includes one brand-new, exciting feature you won’t want to miss.
And best of all: the remastered version will be available as a free download.

So, if you haven’t noticed yet. I shortly announced at the Gamescom 2024 that EVIL DUNGEON will become a trilogy!
After some rest, I really thought about how to proceed. Creating a complete new game or make another sequel for EVIL DUNGEON?
I realized quickly that there a more ideas in my head for a sequel, that I really want to bring to live. I really love the ED concept, but as you move on you see more and more possible improvements that could be made. This is why ED3 could be possibly the best EVIL DUNGEON game ever.
I can repeat my announcements from part II and change the title to III 😉
While keeping the general concept of a fantasy story based dungeon crawler, EVIL DUNGEON III will offer a whole new story, maze, monsters, music and also some complete new features. ED3 will get a nice little polish this time and also some unexpected features.
To be honest, I really love the new cover artwork 🙂
And yes, there will be a physical collectors edition again!
